Meet Mehnaaz
I’m Mehnaaz Khan, a Wits-trained physiotherapist with more than 10 years of clinical experience and an MSc in Musculoskeletal Medicine from Queen Margaret University, completed cum laude.
After beginning my career in South Africa, I spent eight years working in private practice in Ireland before returning home. I have a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and helping people return to confident movement.
My approach combines evidence-based treatment with something equally important: listening to you, understanding what you want to achieve and making sure you understand your rehabilitation along the way.

I attended Mehnaaz Khan and just found her helpful and understanding of my situation. I have already recommended her to someone else! She is thoughtful and not afraid to explain exercises 2/3 times if necessary. A very pleasant physio.

Feedback is all positive, very proactive and supportive. She kept me engaged and used experience to give me additional work beyond the exercise app in order to push my progress along. Thank you

I “attended” Mehnaaz with a sore hip and could hardly walk an easy 5km. She did a virtual consultation and provided exercises and advice digitally. She kept me engaged and always there to answer questions. I just climbed the highest mountain in Ireland with no problem!
