My name is Mehnaaz. A passionate and energetic physiotherapist. I qualified as a Physiotherapist from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2015 with various awards behind my name. I started off my clinical journey working in Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital as a community service physiotherapist and spent a few months in a private practice called the Back Clinic in South Africa before moving to the Republic of Ireland. I spent 8 years working in Ireland in private practice and completed my Masters In Musculoskeletal Medicine/Physiotherapy with a cum laude in 2023 from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh.
I have a special interest in musculoskeletal, orthopedic and sport injuries and treat a wide range of conditions requiring physiotherapy.
Apart from enjoying my job, I also enjoy spending time reading, painting and entertaining my little boy. I enjoy many forms of exercise including running, cycling, strength training and playing tennis.
My mission is to treat the root cause of every condition and getting all patients to achieve their desired physical goals through evidence based care.
If we can move better, we can live better.
